Chacun de mes emplois et de mes expériences m’ont apporté une plus-value dans ma carrière. Comme pour la sève de mon arbre, j’en suis devenu tout simplement plus riche. La culture d’une entreprise, c’est comme la terre sur laquelle est posé mon arbre. Une philosophie, des principes et des valeurs qui me sont fondamentales afin que je m’épanouisse pleinement.

Each of my jobs and experiences has added value to my career. Like the sap in my tree, I have simply become richer for it. The culture of a company is like the soil on which my tree stands. A philosophy, principles and values that are fundamental to me so that I can fully develop.

Jeder Job und jede Erfahrung hat mir in meiner Karriere einen Mehrwert gebracht. Wie der Saft meines Baumes bin ich dadurch reicher geworden. Die Kultur eines Unternehmens ist wie die Erde auf der mein Baum steht. Eine Philosophie, Prinzipien und Werte, die für mich grundlegend sind, damit ich mich voll entfalten kann.
